Product Details

Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Artist's Description

Sometimes called York Castle, the remains of the circular stone keep atop a high mound near the River Ouse is more accurately called Clifford's Tower. Built by the Normans to control the unruly north, Clifford's Tower is one of York's most popular landmarks. On this occasion I was lucky enough to be staying within walking distance, so when I saw that the sunset promised to be a good one I was able to quickly walk to the castle in time to catch this view. I think it looks a bit like a volcano erupting!
