I was on my way to photograph Malham Cove in the Yorkshire Dales at sunset when I looked up at the ridge above my footpath and saw this incredible rainbow over the top of the ridge, coming to earth beside a solitary tree. It was gone in an instant, but not before I managed to take this photo!
