The River Braan runs through the woodland known as The Hermitage, near Dunkeld in the Perthshire Highlands. The woodland once formed part of an 18th-century picturesque pleasure grounds for the Dukes of Atholl

I bought my first 'serious' camera for a trip to the UK when I was in my 20s. That trip sparked not only a love affair with photography but a love affair with the wonderful landscape and heritage of Britain.
